I have to add, the reverse can be true also, they have heard 2 presentations that they did not care for and yours is the one that fits their needs.

The pros to semi-exclusive leads is they are cheaper leads than the exclusive leads.

Exclusive leads are supposed to be just that, exclusive. Before you shell out the extra bucks for exclusive leads make sure the company guarantees they are truly exclusive.
